Ladies, this month we have been talking about love and self-care. Only you can determine the best self-care practices for your life. I have provided you seven self-care tips for each day of the week. I hope that these tips will inspire and guide your self-care practice and shift your mindset to understand the importance and the power of self-care and self-love!

Seven Self-Care Tips for the Week

Mindful Monday: Be mindful about your health and regularly monitor your blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight to make sure all stay within a healthy range.

Tasty Tuesday: Choose how you want to approach eating healthier. Start with a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits and vegetables, fish, poultry, lean meats, beans, nuts, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products.

Wellness Wednesday: Don’t waffle on your wellness! Move more, eat healthily, and stay aware of how your body feels.

Treat Yourself Thursday: Treats can be healthy. Think about other ways to treat yourself beyond food. Dancing, long walks, or things that make you laugh all count!

Follow Friday: Follow inspiring people and pages on social media, or text a friend to help you stick to your self-care goals.

Selfie Saturday: Inspire others to take care of their hearts by sharing your self-care routine with others on your social media platforms.

Self-Care Sunday: Find a moment of serenity every Sunday. Spend some quality time on yourself.
